Join us for a five course dinner paired with craft beers from five Connecticut breweries. Guest speaker Jon Stack from Hartford Distributors has teamed up with our chefs Jeff Gantkin and Kevin Cirrincione to create a unique experience. 

 

Hors D'oeuvres: Grilled Pear & Whipped Honey Goat Cheese Crostini

Beer: Counter Weight Workhorse Pilsner

 

First Course:

Fried Suppli, House Bolognese, Fresh Mozzarella, Risotto

Beer: City Steam Kolsch

 

Second Course: Garlic & Herb Shrimp, Green Cous Cous Salad

Third Course:  Beer Braised Short Rib, Sweet Corn Tamale, Brussel Sprout Slaw,  BBQ Mole Sauce
